We have got 3 working hard drives of the same WD hard drive make, model, Firmware and manufacturing dates which is identical to customer drive i.e. WD10JMVW-75JC3T0, DCX, DCM, DATE Codes and part number of the hard drive was perfectly matched with original drive. The original hard drive was dismantled in our clean room lab and the read write heads of the hard drive was shifted form the working hard drive. The 1 TB Western digital laptop hard drive submitted for recovery contained 2 platters i.e. 4 platter surfaces and 4 heads to read and write data. The western digital hard drive platter surfaces was in good shape, the media level work was successful, and we have completed the firmware update and hence disk imaging with each folders which was important and priority was focused and recovered accordingly.
